Position Summary

26 Hospitality Group — Atlanta Metro Area
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 | Full-Time | Mostly Remote with On-Site Travel

About Us

26 Hospitality Group is a growing Atlanta-based restaurant group operating multiple full-service and counter-service concepts, including 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar, Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant, Blackjack Bar Tapas, Terminal 26, and several exciting new concepts currently in development. We're a team that moves fast, builds smart, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences across every location.

As we expand, we're building out the internal infrastructure to match, and that means adding a dedicated technology resource who can grow with us.

The Role

We're looking for a curious, hands‑on Restaurant Technology Specialist to become our go‑to person for supporting day‑to‑day technology operations across the group. This is a wide-ranging role that touches everything from our point‑of‑sale systems and back‑office software to network infrastructure and end‑user support.

You don't need to be an expert in everything—we'll invest in your growth. What matters most is that you're a self‑starter who's comfortable learning new systems, solving problems independently, and communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical teammates.

This role is primarily remote
, with regular on‑site visits as required to our Atlanta‑area locations for project work, installations, and hands‑on troubleshooting. Availability during restaurant hours (including some evenings and weekends) is important given the nature of our business.

What You'll Work OnPoint‑of‑Sale Systems
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day administrator for our Toast POS and Square POS platforms across multiple locations
  • Create and manage POS user accounts and permissions
  • Build and maintain menus, modifiers, pricing, discounts, and reporting configurations
  • Troubleshoot common POS issues: receipt and kitchen printer failures, offline mode, payment terminal errors, and hardware connectivity
  • Support onboarding of new locations onto Toast including setup, programming, and staff training
  • Coordinate with Toast support on escalated issues and stay current on platform updates
  • Manage POS peripheral devices: printers, cash drawers, handheld devices, and KDS screens
Microsoft 365 & End‑User Support
  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365
  • Provide helpdesk‑style support to managers and staff across the organization
  • Help us get more out of the tools we already have (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, etc.)
Network & Infrastructure
  • Support basic network administration across restaurant locations including routers, switches, access points, and VLANs
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with ISPs when needed
  • Assist with physical installations: mounting access points, running cable, organizing network closets
Cameras & Physical Systems
  • Help install, configure, and maintain security cameras across locations
  • Support our Uni Fi environment, including cloud‑managed cameras and network gear
What We're Looking For

We're not expecting a unicorn. We're looking for someone with solid foundational skills in a few of these areas and a genuine interest in learning the rest.

Experience
  • Toast POS or any restaurant point‑of‑sale system (Aloha, Micros, Square, Lightspeed, etc.)
  • POS hardware troubleshooting: printers, terminals, KDS, cash drawers, handhelds
  • Restaurant IT or help desk support in a multi‑location environment
  • Microsoft 365 administration (user management, groups, licensing)
  • Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting)
  • Uni Fi or similar managed network hardware
  • Physical IT work: cable runs, mounting hardware, structured wiring
Attributes
  • A self‑directed problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hospitality environment
  • A clear communicator, whether with a restaurant GM, a network vendor, or kitchen staff
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves (literally… sometimes that means crawling under a desk or climbing a ladder)
  • Excited about growing into a larger role as our organization expands
Compensation & Details
  • Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience
  • Schedule: Primarily remote; on‑site availability required during restaurant hours, including some evenings/weekends
  • Travel: Regular local travel across Atlanta‑area locations; mileage reimbursed
  • Growth: Real opportunity to grow with an expanding restaurant group. More locations, more systems, more responsibility
