* Deployment of employee-facing AI tools and desktop capabilities

* Rapid pilots and scaled implementation of high-value AI use cases

* Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, cross project dependencies, and key delivery milestones

* Drive cross-functional coordination across diverse global teams and partners to ensure aligned execution

* Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on program status, key risks, decisions, and milestone progress

* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including those unique to AI such as data quality, security, compliance, and user adoption

* Manage program financials and resourcing, including 3rd party delivery management, in close partnership with Finance and Procurement

* Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory, and control requirements across all initiatives

Requirements of the Role

* 8-12+ years of program / transformation delivery experience

* Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and employee productivity enablement

* Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders
