As a Sr IT Analyst, you are part of a cross‑functional deployment and run team with responsibility to deploy the designed “Global Template” that will enable Building Automation (BA) to move from current business processes and operating systems to common processes powered by SAP. The role also includes supporting SAP live sites through troubleshooting, training, and system enhancements.

- Team with BA IT and business teams to understand site requirements, perform gap analysis, redesign processes, and test conversion to SAP.
- Coordinate with the BA Order Management / Customer Experience leadership on SAP capability, process and ERP changes, and enhancement requests for building products manufacturing, installation, and aftermarket services.
- Complete key deliverables such as functional site discovery, scope documents, business test scenarios, customer data migration, and staff training as outlined in the SAP deployment methodology.
- Work with SAP superusers to improve system understanding and roll out new SAP enhancements and initiatives.
- Capture, assess, and prioritize key business requirement gaps from sites in the specified region.
- Drive best business processes across BA.
- Champion change management activities.
- Learn the Honeywell SAP system and transfer knowledge effectively to other users.
- Ensure users can operate business effectively using SAP after deployment or transition.
- Ensure the Global Design Model is applied consistently across the specified region.
- Manage relationships and communication with the BA Order Management leadership team.
- Resolve complex issues encountered by the business.
- Help troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis of day‑to‑day issues faced by the business.
- Involve in scoping and requirements gathering for rapid development and enhancement requests.
- Assist the business with testing SAP enhancements prior to implementation.
- Promote standardization of IT systems and best‑practice process adoption where possible.
- Represent IT on global projects requiring IT functional representation.
- Drive communication and collaboration between IT and other business functions to enable smooth transition, coordinating changes to processes, inputs/outputs, and data.
- Scoping, testing, and implementing the IT OM plan as part of larger global projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with functional implementation and support of ERP systems (preferably SAP) supporting business processes.
- Program management skills, including time management, organization, and multi‑tasking.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage requests from multiple sites and local teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi‑cultural, global environment with multiple business layers.
- Collaborative working style with IT staff through the design and build of new business processes.
- Detail‑oriented understanding of application use and hands‑on capability with the system.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to support project work.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process‑oriented techniques.
- Innovation‑driven mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Passion for staying at the forefront of IT trends.
- Demonstrated leadership in technology innovation and process improvement.
- Strong research and presentation skills.
