Platform & TechnologyLeverage the Infosys McCamish platform to optimize throughput and compliance; pilot and scale analytics, RPA, and GenAI tools with appropriate controls.
People & PerformanceLead a cross-functional team through goal-setting, coaching, and data-driven performance reviews; build domain depth via structured learning and LOMA pathways.
Change ManagementExecute structured change initiatives for enhancements, new products, and regulatory updates, ensuring smooth transitions and BAU handoffs.
Compliance & ImprovementMaintain regulatory compliance and audit evidence; drive a continuous improvement pipeline informed by defect analysis, VOC, and control results.
Reporting & InsightsTranslate operational metrics to P&L impact; maintain a leadership dashboard and frame investment cases for automation and AI with ROI trade-offs.
Training & KnowledgeKeep SOPs, playbooks, and training materials current; deliver structured training for internal teams and client stakeholders on process changes.
Required QualificationsProven experience in Life Insurance operations management across the Life & Annuities value chain, including policy administration and financial controls.
Track record managing senior client stakeholders and owning outcomes in a regulated environment.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese — mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into financial insights.
Preferred QualificationsLOMA certifications (FLMI or ALMI) — strongly preferred.
Hands‑on experience with RPA, GenAI/Copilot tools, or analytics platforms in an insurance operations setting.
Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of the Infosys McCamish platform and related systems.
Basic- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
