Job Summary
The Program Manager works with many levels of leadership and staff to manage program efforts based on industry best practices; works as the single point of contact for facilitation and communication of program goals, deliverables, and schedules, and must be an excellent communicator; various levels of documentation will be produced at each stage of the program and the program manager is often the person who creates these with input from others.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1
- Establish goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria for programs; evaluate program effectiveness on an ongoing basis
Job Duty 2
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of programs, including planning scheduling, and monitoring activities;
Assist with developing and formalizing program scope; assign resources and set deadlines
Job Duty 3
- Recommend, update, and support programmatic policies and procedures
Job Duty 4
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, teams, and others to assess needs and existing program methodology
Job Duty 5
- Research and identify funding and resources to support programs;
Track timelines and budgets, report status, and resolve or escalates issues as necessary
Job Duty 6
- May assist with developing and distributing publications, resources, and program or marketing materials
Job Duty 7
- Participate in strategic and operational planning for programs
Job Duty 8
- Perform other job-related duties assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma
Required Experience
Up to two years of job-related experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience with the Financial Aid module in Banner at an institution of similar size and type.
