Our Data Science & Analytics team is a key driver of the company’s growth and innovation. The team consists of former consulting and technology professionals who build insights that shape product, growth, tech, and operations strategy.

• Define the right problems:
  Understand the business question, the decision it will inform, and challenge flawed assumptions before analysis.
• Data and insights:
  Build metrics, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that move the team’s key metrics.
• Drive outcomes:
  Present findings to product, growth, finance or operations partners, explain the impact, and recommend next steps.

• First‑principles thinker:
  Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data.
• Analytical skills:
  Comfortable with SQL or Python and able to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Communication:
  Convincing, direct, and able to walk skeptical stakeholders through complex findings.
• Experience:
  
  1+ year at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.

SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, Git Hub.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this posting, determined based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, and market conditions. Ranges may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants.
