As a
Business Analyst
, you will steward an existing, FDA-cleared Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) application in the rare disease field through its full lifecycle — owning requirements, priorities, and roadmap, coordinating delivery and release, and shaping how the product rolls out across global markets.

What You’ll Do

As a
Business Analyst
, you own the product lifecycle for our customer’s FDA-cleared SaMD application in the rare disease space. You sit at the intersection of clinical and regulatory stakeholders, the dev team, and regional product leads — turning needs into shipped releases and helping the product grow globally.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Requirements, Scoping &

    Roadmap:

    Own requirements end-to-end — eliciting needs, scoping releases, prioritizing the backlog, and shaping the product roadmap together with customer stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridge clinical, regulatory, business, and engineering teams (including regional leads), translating across domains and ensuring visibility of decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
  • Delivery, QA & Release Management: Work closely with development and QA teams, coordinate testing and release activities, and guide releases with the rigor required for an FDA-cleared product.
  • Localization & Global Market Strategy: Manage localization for a globally deployed app, collaborating with regional stakeholders to address market-specific requirements and support rollout strategies.
  • Regulatory Documentation & Traceability: Maintain requirements traceability and design‑control documentation, ensuring audit readiness within a regulated life‑sciences environment.
What You’ll Bring

You are a structured thinker with strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage complexity without losing clarity. You thrive at the intersection of business, regulation, and engineering, and bring a strong ownership and delivery mindset.

Must Have

Experience & Domain

  • 5+ years of business analyst experience in complex software delivery projects
  • Proven track record across the full product lifecycle (not limited to discovery or requirements)
  • Experience leading requirements, scoping releases, and shaping product roadmaps

Core Skills

  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and documentation
  • Backlog ownership, prioritization, and scoping for live products
  • Ability to write acceptance criteria and collaborate closely with QA and testing

Delivery & Execution

  • Hands‑on experience coordinating delivery (dev team liaison, QA, release management)
  • Strong stakeholder management across clinical, regulatory, business, and regional teams
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project
  • Excellent written and spoken English
