KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development organization.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a member of our Federal Government team

* Identify and build relationships with clients specific to assigned opportunities, educate them on how KPMG offerings address their issues/needs helping to position KPMG to win

* Lead the sales engagement of assigned strategic, high value contract pursuits through closure

* Identify and build teaming relationships with key federal market partners to help KPMG to win the assigned opportunities

* Work closely with KPMG Leadership and capture team to develop and execute a strategy to win assigned opportunities

* Demonstrate excellence in applying Market EDGE to qualify opportunity and gain insights from win/loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum ten years of recent successful Federal Government professional services business development experience, with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations; demonstrated success is securing high dollar value IDIQ and related task order procurements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent is preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus twelve years of previous experience in enterprise level sales within Federal Government

* Strong Federal Government professional services ecosystem experience and relevant relationships

* Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results, often exceeding several million dollars

* Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings

* Demonstrated exceptional ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives

* Ability to travel as necessary
