The Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications. The role requires working with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members, and strong finance business process knowledge with hands‑on Oracle Financials Cloud experience to deliver solutions that reduce reliance on PaaS offerings.

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and resolve functional issues.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, train, and manage releases.
• Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specifications.
• Be an active member within the company’s Oracle technology communities.

• 15+ years of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications and strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax and SLA.
• Experience with Oracle and non‑Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consulting and business analytical skills to gather and document requirements, lead fit‑gap analysis, design business processes, manage conference room pilots, perform functional configuration, and manage testing.
• Demonstrates knowledge of leading practices or expertise.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance.
• Minimum of 3 complete project life cycles.
• Oracle Cloud Certifications.
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $103,879 – $326,250.
