Job Overview
Assist with configuring Snowflake RBAC roles, developing and troubleshooting access rights within the Snowflake environment. Support the phased deployment of Snowflake RBAC to designated Lines of Business (LOBs), provide hyper‑care support during the launch phase, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions to keep stakeholders up to date.
Responsibilities- Configure and troubleshoot Snowflake RBAC roles and permissions.
- Support phased rollout of RBAC to designated LOBs in partnership with Info Sec and development teams.
- Provide direct support during the hyper‑care phase, resolving access issues for stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive knowledge‑transfer sessions for the GTC and Onsite Info Sec teams.
- Coordinate hand‑off of operational tasks and ongoing monitoring of Snowflake security configurations.
- Collaborate with SAP Security team to lead Snowflake security operations.
- Assist in project‑to‑operations transition, including ticket‑based support after initial rollout.
- 4+ years of experience in Snowflake RBAC implementation and maintenance.
- Basic SQL skills for issuing and reviewing grants.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and coordinate between US and India teams.
- Experience supporting production environments and performing hyper‑care support.
- Comfortable with cross‑time‑zone collaboration (US/India).
- Track record of moving from project work into ongoing operations.
Pay Rate: $6.00-$9.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
