Senior Manager, Global Marketing & C&CL Consumption & Purchase Advanced Analytics Intelligence

Job Overview

The Coca‑Cola Company is building a next-generation, AI-powered marketing analytics ecosystem. We are hiring a senior manager to apply machine learning, GenAI and advanced statistical modeling to large-scale consumer and shopper data.

Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid work model. Global exposure and high leadership visibility.

• Develop and apply ML models, advanced analytics, and GenAI to marketing and commercial use cases.
• Work with large, complex datasets including consumer tracking, household panels, and syndicated retail data.
• Partner with data platform teams to enable scalable, real‑time analytics solutions.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for global stakeholders.

• Strong experience in marketing, consumer, or shopper analytics, ideally within CPG or a related industry.
• Hands‑on expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with consumer tracking, household panel and syndicated retail data (e.g., Nielsen).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and Power BI; experience with Azure ML or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience applying analytics to real business decisions (marketing, growth, pricing or optimization).

• Base pay: $130,000 – $147,000 USD (based on geography, knowledge, skills and experience).
• Annual incentive reference value: 15% of market‑based competitive value.
