Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Ariba Solution Architect is responsible for both technical and functional support for the SAP Ariba platform. Duties include maintaining Ariba Network Integration technology and connecting to customer/supplier systems. The Manager will manage requirements for the existing platform related to Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Forecasting, Quality, and Inventory modules, as well as Ariba Sourcing & Contracts.
Responsibilities- Align with stakeholders on the deployment of Ariba functionality.
- Support Ariba deployment projects including B2B integrations.
- Identify and own new Ariba functionality and provide global support as an Ariba SME.
- Manage Ariba upgrades and system notifications.
- Maintain Ariba Network Integration technology and monitor technical messages between customer/supplier systems and the Ariba Network.
- Investigate message failures and submit and track technical issues until resolution.
- Perform CIG mapping and related customization on the Ariba Platform.
- Act as the main contact to SAP Ariba Customer Support and serve as subject matter expert within the organization.
- Advocate and support adoption of the SAP Ariba Cloud Service within functional areas.
- Make design decisions and document system configuration.
- Manage Add‑on upgrades in S/4
HANA. - Work closely on implementing enhancements to standard Ariba interfaces as per project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Technical, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience on Ariba products – Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, and Ariba Spend Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience on SAP ERP systems in sourcing, procurement, planning, and accounts payable areas.
- Exposure to JIRA and working in a Scrum/Agile project environment.
- Certification in Ariba is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Ariba integration technologies including CIG, cXML, and EDI.
- Ability to work in a complex global matrix organization, lead cross‑functional teams, and establish networks with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving, technical, and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach to data analysis, trending, and reporting requirements.

Pay Range – United States: $152,000 USD – $178,300 USD (base pay may vary based on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience).
Annual Incentive: 15% of reference value, market‑based competitive value for the role.

United States – Atlanta. 00% – 25% travel required. Relocation not provided.
