- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT and Cybersecurity initiatives
- Strong experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Advanced hands-on experience creating and managing detailed project plans in Microsoft Project
- Experience managing cybersecurity, governance, compliance, risk assessment, or security program projects
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience using Jira, Kanban boards, and Agile project management tools
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC) and drive projects with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or separations
- Agile coaching or Agile transformation experience
- PMO experience within large enterprise environments
- Experience building executive dashboards and project reporting metrics
- Experience working with offshore teams, particularly India-based teams
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Cybersecurity and IT initiatives across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both traditional Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and be capable of managing large‑scale project plans, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications. This role requires a self‑driven professional who can bridge business and technical teams, drive execution, and bring structure to evolving processes while ensuring successful project outcomes.
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead enterprise‑level Cybersecurity and IT projects from initiation through closure
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, cybersecurity, and third‑party teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans
- Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and project performance metrics
- Build and present executive‑level status reports, dashboards, and project updates
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to support governance, compliance, risk assessment, and security initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams, including offshore resources, to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices across project teams
