• Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Strong data manipulation, transformation, and database management skills; integrate data from multiple sources.
• Experience with report automation, process optimization, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; translate complex data into clear insights for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4 or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles focused on advanced reporting and visualization.
• Experience with analytical project management and demonstrating descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
• Equivalency of education and experience allowed.

• Lead development and maintenance of advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs.
• Lead special projects requiring analytical expertise and develop executive-level presentations.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for reports and dashboards.
• Define and implement measures and reports to assess organizational and initiative performance.
• Conduct organizational research; compare operational data to benchmarks and provide insights and recommendations.
• Perform complex data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, outliers, and business opportunities; deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and promote data-driven strategies.
• Optimize reporting processes by developing automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation for high-quality reporting.
• Assist with development and implementation of data governance practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Work with IT to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring pipelines and sources are optimized for reporting.
• Develop tactical reporting and analysis frameworks focused on at least one business area.
• Mentor junior analysts; guide data reporting strategies; enhance data infrastructure and reporting processes.
• Stay updated on latest software for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. Compensation considers education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range does not include incentive pay or benefits, which will be provided separately when appropriate.
