• Track project activities, attend and coordinate meetings, and manage documentation
• Disseminate meeting minutes, action items, and status updates
• Maintain RAID logs, update SharePoint sites, and support PMs with presentations, schedules, and reports
• Coordinate steering committee and quality review sessions

Required Skills:

• 1+ year experience tracking IT project tasks across work streams
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• 2+ years using Microsoft Project / Project Online
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and grammar skills
