• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for data manipulation and system integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
• Experience in maintaining current system stability and implementing small-scale improvements
• Experience managing Kafka clusters across multiple environments
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Open Search, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
• Understanding of CI/CD principles using Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with Git Hub version control and branching strategies
• Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance and incident management

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education
