Role: Technical Test Lead – Agile, Performance Testing
Duration: Full Time
Location: Atlanta, GA

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT.

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics. Experience is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Nice to have Mobile testing experience.
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
• Should have Strong leadership skills.
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular JS etc.
• Communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
