• Design and lead enterprise data governance frameworks utilizing Informatica IDMC to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data solutions, establish metrics, and implement risk controls aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of data governance programs, including planning, execution, and user adoption strategies.
• Provide expertise in data lineage, metadata management, and data integration processes to support organizational data initiatives.
• Drive strategies for PII identification, classification, and protection, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise data ecosystems, with at least 5 years in data governance or data architecture roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica IDMC, especially CDGC, along with Power Center and AWS cloud environments.
• Proven leadership in implementing enterprise data governance initiatives and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience in developing privacy‑by‑design frameworks.
