Sr. Salesforce Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Data Architect to join our AI, Data & Analytics team within the North American IT organization. This position is located in Atlanta, GA and reports to the Senior Delivery Manager or Director of AI, Data & Analytics.

The role is responsible for the design, governance, and optimization of Salesforce data architecture across the enterprise—spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated downstream data platforms.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce data modeling, object design, field governance, record types, sharing architecture, and platform data management across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations with enterprise platforms including SAP, Azure-based data warehouses, or equivalent ERP and analytics systems.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, Mule Soft, or Azure Data Factory.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data governance: data quality management, data lineage, metadata management, MDM, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise data architecture or data engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce data architecture in large‑scale enterprise deployments.
• Salesforce certifications required:
  Salesforce Certified Data Architect (or Application Architect / System Architect credential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce architecture documentation, governance artifacts, and executive presentations of high professional quality.
