Senior HCM Reporting and Analytics Consultant - Workday Success Plans

• Provide Expert Configuration & Guidance: Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, and the benefits and risks of design decisions.

• Promote Customer Self‑Sufficiency: Help customers become more self‑sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features.

• Share Expertise via Ask‑an‑Expert Requests:
  • Conducting thorough research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Delivering small scope consulting, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best practices (tips & tricks).
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers.

• Optimization Packages: Offering tailored one‑on‑one guidance to inform and guide customers along a path to success.
• Collaboration Crews: Facilitating group customer sharing discussions.
• Accelerator Webinars: Creating and delivering presentations on leveraging Workday features to achieve business goals.
• Feature Accelerator: Providing one‑on‑one consulting to accelerate customer feature adoption.

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics product areas:
  Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
• 5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics product areas:
  Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
• 3+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.

• Demonstrates a solid grasp of HCM reporting systems and processes.
• Certified or ability to certify in Workday Reporting products and to effectively deploy the solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with global implementations is preferred.
• The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally.
• Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome.
• Ability to work multi‑functional as a “virtual” team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences.
• Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan.
• Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program.
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft or similar software applications.
• Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, Qlik View, Cognos, Business Objects).
