Computer Support Specialists

We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software
• Provide guidance and training to users on how to effectively use technology
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve processes and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
• Knowledge of operating systems, databases and programming languages
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month, negotiable based on experience.
