Job SummaryMaintain vendor and payee records used for procurement transactions. Provide support for procurement related vendor maintenance and imaging production activities. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, vendors and visitors. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff, vendors and visitors. This position will supervise: NA.
Responsibilities- Job Duty 1 - Enter and maintain vendor and non-employee information into appropriate procurement related systems.
- Job Duty 2 - Prepare, scan and route electronic documents procurement related records.
- Job Duty 3 - Provide customer service support related to vendor maintenance, vendor credit references, and quality control of documents.
- Job Duty 4 - Support assigned procurement database input and maintenance activities.
- Job Duty 5 - Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma
Required Experience:
Two to three years of job related experience
$37,244 - $51,474.17 Annual Compensation
Commensurate with Education and Experience
Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a production-environment; effective communication and strong organizational skills.
