About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Production Designer to join a fast-paced consumer product team focused on creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences used by millions of users daily. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and other Designers to help evolve and scale responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working within established design systems, translating product requirements into polished UI experiences, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas from concept through execution.
This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time.
Location- Hybrid onsite 3 days per week

- W2 pay rate: $40–50/hour
- Design responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile platforms using established design systems
- Create high-quality mocks, prototypes, and interaction designs in Figma
- Translate new and existing product features into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in product discovery, brainstorming, and feature definition sessions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, experimentation, and user testing insights
- Create thoughtful interaction models and detailed UI solutions that improve usability and engagement
- Partner closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation
- Help maintain and evolve scalable design system standards and components
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging digital experiences
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web and mobile products
- Experience designing responsive desktop and mobile experiences
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable component-based design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile product teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with a passion for polished, high-quality user experiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working on high-traffic consumer-facing digital products
- Familiarity with analytics-informed and data-driven design decisions
- Experience partnering with UX Research teams on usability testing and insight synthesis
- Exposure to accessibility best practices and responsive design standards

- The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $40.00 to $50.00/hr benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
