Role Overview
The Service Now Senior Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and stability of Service Now platform solutions. This role leads and supports quality assurance activities across platform enhancements, upgrades, scheduled releases, integrations, and emerging capabilities, including Now Assist.

3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Demonstrated experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and regression testing
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
