The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - AI Operations & Incident Commander - Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, coach team members to leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. You play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm, leading with integrity and authenticity while encouraging technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects from planning through completion.
- Leading AI operations and incident management work streams to optimize client support services
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of data‑driven initiatives to enhance business performance
- Utilizing business intelligence tools and cloud‑based analytics platforms to drive insights and informed decision‑making
- Developing innovative solutions for continuous process improvement and competitive advantage
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges effectively
- Promoting the use of advanced analytics techniques to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members, and escalating where appropriate
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Engineering - Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
- Utilizing Python and Java for data analysis and visualization
- Excelling in data architecture development and database management systems
- Embracing continuous process improvement and strategic questioning
- Leading teams in data analytics and AI managed services
- Mentoring junior staff in data science and business intelligence
Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
