Senior Principal Support Consultant, CSO (Atlanta, Georgia)
Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects, including developing and delivering detailed solutions.
- Oversee client relationships from a senior technical and interpersonal perspective.
- Lead problem identification, software specification, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
- Ensure projects remain within budget, cost, and on‑time while ensuring quality in connection with Manhattan Associates products.
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales.
- Prioritize issues and projects for the customer service project team.
- Four–year bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in the position or in developing, supporting, or implementing application software.
- Alternatively, a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing database troubleshooting or development in SQL or related relational databases.
- Experience implementing in Systemi, Unix, Linux, or Windows operating systems.
- Experience in any supply‑chain domain.
- Up to 50% travel (domestic and international) required.
- Position reports to the Atlanta, GA office.
- Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but the employee must live within commuting distance of the stated office.
