DescriptionInfor is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute enablement strategies to ensure our teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to drive success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of a dynamic organization.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:- Experience in enablement, training, or a related field, preferably in a technology or software-focused (Saas) environment.
- Experience facilitating enablement and training workshops in person with senior audiences.
- Communication and presentation skills including delivering presentations and training to all levels of an organization.
- Experience developing and delivering enablement content, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Experience developing enablement content for enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in enablement, training, or a related field, preferably in a technology or software-focused (Saas) environment.
- Experience facilitating enablement and training workshops in person with senior audiences.
- Communication and presentation skills including delivering presentations and training to all levels of an organization.
- Experience developing and delivering enablement content, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Experience developing enablement content for enterprise software solutions.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience working on a global team supporting a global workforce.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
- Experience working with a variety of enablement and revenue platforms and software.
