* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in program management.

+ 5 years of experience in data engineering, building and maintaining production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.

+ 5 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

+ 5 years of experience with Big Query and dashboarding tools for analysis insight.

+ 5 years of experience with SQL including window functions, query optimization, and data modeling.

* + Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering discipline.

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with AI tools and large-scale data governance frameworks for security and compliance.
