Infrastructure Transformation lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive delivery with ability of excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.
• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Successfully drive all aspects of project and solution delivery while staying within budget and project timeline.
• Lead, manage, and coach the implementation project team.
• Monitor all issues that affect the team, project, or program and potential risks.
• Actively manage program/project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
• Strong technical knowledge of transformation programs including Cloud, Hosting, Network, Workplace, and Edge.

• Minimum 5+ years knowledge and experience working with or implementing Cloud, Hosting, Network, Workplace and Edge.
• Minimum of 3+ years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum in US).
• Experience managing team (minimum project size 3-5 people).
• Experience with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Experience with Risk Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
