Litigation Technology Analyst – Atlanta, Georgia, United States (Direct Hire)

Hybrid: three days per week in the New York City or Atlanta office (NYC candidates considered first).

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Litigation Technology Analyst to support attorneys and legal teams through all phases of the electronic discovery process. This role manages all aspects of ESI, including data collection, processing, analysis, review, and production for litigation and transactional matters. The position requires strong experience in Relativity, a complete understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate with legal professionals to ensure efficient, compliant, and defensible discovery workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize litigation support and data management platforms to organize, review, analyze, and produce ESI
  • Partner with legal teams to develop and execute electronic discovery strategies and workflows
  • Coordinate and oversee discovery projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion
  • Advise attorneys and legal staff on best practices related to document management and eDiscovery processes
  • Provide regular project updates and status reporting to legal teams and management
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate incoming client and opposing party data
  • Perform data analysis and create reports to support case strategy and decision‑making
  • Ensure adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and client requirements regarding data handling
  • Maintain proficiency with approved legal technology platforms and provide user support as needed
  • Update matter management and task tracking systems with project information
  • Record required time entries and maintain accurate billing records
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency with litigation support and data management technologies
  • Some years of experience serving as a Relativity Administrator
  • Active Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification required
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to responsive service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and litigation processes
  • Willingness to work additional hours and travel when business needs require

Expected salary: $85,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
