** Director, Implementation in Atlanta
** to workin our Technology Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

** SUMMARY
* * North Highland is seeking to hire a Technology Advisory Director.  This leader will drive system modernization programs, enterprise architecture initiatives, enterprise testing and release management, and complex technology implementations for clients across multiple industries, covering public and private sectors.
The ideal candidate is a proven consulting leader with deep expertise in Health and Human Services/MES application modernization, digital transformation, technology strategy, and a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable client value.

** YOU WILL:**
* ** Deep expertise in public sector and private sector areas**; experience in multiple industries.
* ** Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology programs**, including legacy application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
* ** Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks** (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), application lifecycle management, and modern technology stacks (cloud, microservices, AI, data platforms).
* ** Experience leading multidisciplinary teams** (100+ resources) and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
* ** Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills**, with the ability to influence and advise at the executive level.
* ** Excellent communication, presentation, and thought leadership abilities**.
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field**; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner) strongly preferred.
* Experience with business process reengineering, business rule extraction, and operational transformation.
* Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and generative AI solution delivery.

Experience with both organic growth and acquisition-driven integration in consulting or technology services.
** 15+ years of progressive experience
** in technology consulting, with a focus on enterprise architecture, system modernization, enterprise testing and technology implementation,
** preferably in an MES/Medicaid or Health and Human Services environment.**
- ** Demonstrated leadership in consulting environments**, including experience as a Director, Managing Director, or equivalent and requires strong familiarity with government programs **(e.g., Medicaid, MMIS, Health Information Exchanges)
** and regulatory initiatives.
