Senior Service Now Developer

Pi R-Square Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to join our team in delivering managed IT consulting services to our clients across multiple regions.

The Senior Service Now Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and integrating solutions on the Service Now platform, optimizing ITSM and ITOM processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment. This is a consulting position offering a challenging opportunity to contribute to critical projects in a dynamic environment.

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now platform development, configuration, and integration
• 6+ years of experience with API integration (REST/SOAP web services)
• 6+ years of experience with ITSM and ITOM process optimization
• 6+ years of experience with ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules
• 6+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
• 6+ years of experience with technical documentation and system design
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
