  • Creating developer‑ready requirement artifacts (PRDs, functional specifications, and user stories) that document workflows, screen/layout guidance, IDO/business‑logic behavior, reporting/analytics needs, and acceptance criteria, and aligning on scope and expected outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing change requests through the feature lifecycle — coordinating scope, impact analysis, and re‑alignment with development and QA to protect release commitments and code freeze milestones.
  • Preparing reports, recommendations, and alternative approaches that address existing pain points or opportunity areas across CSI — whether in core manufacturing modules, APS, cloud deployment, upgrade tooling, or integration with adjacent products (e.g., Factory Track…).

  • Experience gathering and interpreting customer and market data, including participating in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement reviews with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce PRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can act on without ambiguity.
