Agile Coach and Solution Train Engineer
As an Agile Coach and Solution Train Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting teams in implementing agile methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for overseeing the overall solution train and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide coaching and mentoring to teams on agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and help teams continuously improve their processes.
- Lead the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and address any impediments to the team’s progress.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of agile initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on agile methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of agile principles.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
- Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification.
- Experience as an Agile Coach or Solution Train Engineer in a large organization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
