Web Modernization Organizational Change Manager
The Web Modernization Organizational Change Manager will support organizational change management activities related to web governance, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives. The role focuses on driving stakeholder engagement, supporting adoption, and enabling smooth transition to new governance processes, workflows, and digital operating models.
Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination required. Experience supporting digital transformation or technology adoption initiatives preferred. Experience working in higher education, public sector, or large complex organizations preferred. Experience supporting web governance or digital experience programs preferred.
Support organizational change management activities for web modernization and governance initiatives. Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans. Coordinate communications and readiness activities for new governance processes and workflows. Document and communicate web governance standards, intake procedures, and support processes. Create presentations, FAQs, job aids, and end-user training materials. Support stakeholder engagement across distributed organizational units. Coordinate training sessions, readiness activities, and adoption support efforts.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure implementation readiness. Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption challenges, and support mitigation planning. Assist with meeting coordination and governance documentation. Support process improvement and operational readiness for enterprise web services.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR preferred. Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Bachelors degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, IT, HR, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
