Job Description:

* Lead and manage Scrum projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
* Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements communicate benefits and manage expectations.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope schedule resources and risk mitigation.
* Implement scope and change management processes to control project boundaries and accommodate necessary adjustments.
* Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
* Facilitate transparent communication across teams and stakeholders through regular status updates and governance.<
* Utilize Scrum management frameworks to coordinate multiple teams and align project objectives.<
* Promote benefits realization by tracking and reporting on project outcomes and value delivered.<
* Foster collaboration and trust within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution.< < <

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Own end to end delivery of Scrum initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.<
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives.<
* Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.<
* Lead change control processes to evaluate and approve scope changes with minimal disruption.<
* Track project progress using appropriate tools and metrics reporting status risks and issues to leadership.<
* Coordinate cross functional teams including vendors internal owners and dependency managers Represent the project in steering committee meetings and escalate critical issues when necessary.<
* Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery.<
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and Scrum practices.<
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements.<
