Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Work with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that deliver business needs.
• Assist with the design, estimation, planning and implementation phases of a project.
• Work with cloud data warehouses using Snowflake and Big Query, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain an excellent functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and related business processes.
• Support the Manhattan DFIO application, including after‑hours support, incident handling, error interpretation, data error identification, and common processing error resolution.
• Create system test plans and perform system testing.
• Adhere to change management requirements, such as creating change requests in the Service Now application.
• Analyze current business processes, build process model diagrams, and recommend improvements.
• Track time using time‑reporting software.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality.
• Confirm program application operation by conducting tests and modifying program sequences and/or codes.
• Perform systems management and integration functions.
• Provide technical support for in‑scope applications.
• Collaborate with the architect to develop code.
• Provide solutions to complex requirements.
• Peer‑review code of other team members.
• Create checklists for coding standards.
• Maintain key process steps defined by the customer and TCS project management.
• Think creatively and propose improvements beyond conventional approaches.
• Analyze business requirements with a creative perspective.
• Nice to have: knowledge in retail business.
• Be extremely proactive and independent.
