Position: S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead

As a S/4

HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead here at Honeywell, you will partner with the S/4

HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will be accountable for executing and continuously improving the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and ensuring the enabling toolset and learning platforms align with that methodology. You will report directly to our Senior Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact the successful deployment of S/4

HANA by driving change readiness, training, and user adoption outcomes through strong program discipline, analytics, and KPI‑driven reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the S/4

    HANA Transformation Program to effectively deploy S/4

    HANA across the assigned region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
  • Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology supporting the overall organizational and change management strategy.
  • Serve as the service owner (or coordinate with the service owner) to update and maintain OCM enabling tools in alignment with the OCM methodology, including JIRA, Signavio, Walk Me, Oracle HCM Learning Center, and SAP Learning Hub.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish KPIs and weekly reporting metrics that show progress across all OCM deliverables.
  • Manage and report risks and issues related to OCM deliverables; drive mitigations to closure with stakeholders.
  • Partner with the System Integrator and the Business Change Network to successfully deliver OCM outcomes for Change Readiness, Training, and User Adoption.
  • Support upskilling of internal Honeywell IT employees and Super Users by building and supporting an SAP Learning Hub curriculum.
  • Create reporting to track progress of internal Honeywell SAP competency, leveraging Oracle HCM Skills Assessment capabilities.
  • Build and maintain SAP training curricula on the Oracle HCM Learning platform aligned to defined S/4

    HANA personas.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT OCM Analyst (or similar OCM/Change role) on a large transformation program.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, executive‑ready status and KPI reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights; highly results‑driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly and apply them in a structured program environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across IT, business stakeholders, and third‑party partners.
Our Values
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience supporting an SAP S/4

    HANA implementation program.
  • Experience with HCM learning platforms, including Oracle HCM Learning Center (or equivalent).
  • Experience with Walk Me or similar in‑application learning/digital adoption platforms.
  • Experience with SAP Learning Hub.
  • Experience with Power BI and JIRA for reporting and delivery management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced transformation program with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
