Computer Support Specialists

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role you will provide technical support and assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues.

This position is suitable for men and offers a competitive salary of $1700 with accommodation provided.

This full‑time job opportunity is suitable for Indian nationals who have experience providing technical support. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and mobile devices
• Install and configure software applications
• Set up new user accounts and permissions
• Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use technology effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Document all customer interactions in a timely manner
• Stay updated on new technology trends and products

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks and computer hardware components
• Familiarity with remote desktop access tools
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
