The analytics function turns transaction, guest, digital, and financial data into actionable commercial intelligence that impacts P&L results.

As a Senior Director, Data and Analytics at Church’s Texas Chicken, you will lead executive‑level analytics narratives by connecting diverse data sources into validated commercial stories supported by AI insights. You will institutionalize A/B testing and causal inference methods while governing an experimentation platform to optimize promotions and loyalty programs. Additionally, you will build machine learning and generative AI solutions with rigorous validation frameworks to ensure accurate and auditable outputs for the business.
