• Spearhead architecture and system design of Agoda’s next-gen front-end systems
• Drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability
• Mentor and subject-matter-expert for the front-end engineering team
• Influence stakeholders in Product and Business teams
• Set technical standards and ensure scalability

• 11+ years of experience building and leading rich web applications at scale
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/Type Script and modern frameworks (React, Next, Vue)
• Portfolio of building robust, high-performance SPA/SSR front ends and core web vitals
• Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence
• Bonus:
