We are seeking an Implementation Manager, independently motivated and ready to make our high-functioning Implementation Team even better. As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary contact for new customers, overseeing the onboarding process from start to finish. The role includes requirements gathering, configuring our SaaS products to meet client needs, performing basic project management tasks, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to adoption.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—sales, product management, customer success, and technical support—to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, conduct kickoff meetings, gather business processes and requirements, and provide guidance on best practices for implementing and configuring our SaaS products.
- Carry out basic project management activities: keep the work within scope, plan reliable communications, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide customer advice and assistance with change management.
- Customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements while minimizing unnecessary customizations. Depending on the product, tasks may include working extensively in Excel to prepare data and perform initial data loads, writing simple scripts, and authoring ad‑hoc reports.
- Work closely with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to ensure a seamless transition from the sales cycle to adoption and influence product design and the customer life‑cycle.
- Engage the project team to develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients and create maintenance documentation such as user guides and knowledge‑base articles.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges, troubleshoot issues with internal teams, and provide timely updates to clients. Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of client‑facing implementation experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and lead workshops.
- Technical aptitude for quickly learning new applications and addressing implementation challenges.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; high proficiency with Excel is a plus.
- Experience designing and documenting reports from relational databases (SSRS or PowerBI) is a significant plus.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly Gov Tech, is a plus.
- Familiarity with project‑tracking tools such as Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar is a plus.

This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our Atlanta, GA office.
