Responsibilities include managing requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, ensuring compliance, and facilitating continuous process improvements to optimize project outcomes.

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, preferably within government or transportation technology sectors
• Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms like Service Now (minimum 2 years)
• Vendor management experience, especially overseeing outsourced or contractor‑led software development efforts (highly desired; minimum 2 years)
