As we expand our delivery capabilities, we're seeking a talented Technical Recruiter based in Colombia to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier IT professionals across technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and drive full-cycle recruitment to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires someone proactive, results-driven, and fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively support U.S.

-based clients and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified IT candidates through job boards, Linked In, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in key domains: SAP, Oracle, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity, AI/ML.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake call to candidate submission and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment reports.
• Partner closely with U.S.
  
  -based Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to recruiting strategy, talent market insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an IT staffing agency setting with a strong focus on enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity and AI/ML.
• Strong track record of placing candidates in high-demand tech roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish – both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with U.S. IT job market, time zones, work culture, and technical terminology.
• Experience working with tools like Linked In Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Job Diva/Bullhorn, or similar ATS.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in SAP/ERP, cybersecurity, or emerging tech is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for global clients or international technology consulting firms.
