Seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across hospitality platforms (PMS, POS, Guest Experience, Revenue Systems) with strong exposure to data-led initiatives. The role evolves into an Agile Coach shaping enterprise-wide agility.
Key Responsibilities- Run Agile ceremonies and ensure disciplined sprint execution
- Drive delivery across data + digital hospitality systems (PMS, POS, loyalty, guest analytics)
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, operations)
- Manage dependencies across vendors, platforms, and integrations
- Remove blockers in data-heavy environments (data quality, pipeline delays, system constraints)
- Track sprint health, velocity, and business outcomes (RevPAR impact, guest experiencemetrics)
- Champion Agile maturity and best practices across teams
- Proven Scrum Master experience in data/digital programs
- Understanding of data platforms, APIs, and cloud ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management across business and tech
- Hands‑on with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
