Technical Support Lead - Systems

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Support Lead
- Payment Systems to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the stability, functionality, and performance of the organization’s payment systems, including point of sale (POS), payment platforms, and integrations with vendors. The position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, project coordination, and leadership experience. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all payment-related technologies, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and successful delivery of upgrades and deployments across the enterprise.

Compensation: $38 - $42/hour, depending on experience

Location: Onsite
- Atlanta, Georgia

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for all payment systems, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Lead and coordinate software upgrades and deployments, including a major payment platform upgrade across various locations.
• Manage internal and vendor relationships and act as a payment systems subject matter expert.
• Oversee Payment applications support tickets, track work in Service Now, and ensure performance metrics are met.
• Work hands-on with system configuration, testing, and quality assurance to keep payment platforms stable and secure.
• Support ongoing POS initiatives and related technologies.
• Serve as point of contact for franchisee and vendor escalations.

• 3–5 years of experience with POS, payments, and related technologies.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of payment platforms and Windows environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

• PMP certification.
• SQL
• Power Shell Scripting
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience with restaurant industry technology vendors.
• Background in application support and cloud-based integrations
