NetSuite Financial Systems Admin

We're looking for a Net Suite Finance Systems Administrator to own and optimize our financial systems environment — from platform administration and integrations to training and cross-functional partnership.

• Own the Net Suite Platform — Serve as the primary administrator, managing user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and import templates while staying current on new functionality and customizations
• Support Financial Operations — Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure accurate, timely data for reporting and audits. Troubleshoot GL, AP, AR, and inventory transactions and maintain audit readiness across systems
• Manage Integrations & Data Integrity — Oversee daily data syncs between Net Suite and integrated platforms, troubleshoot errors, coordinate with vendors, and enforce policies that keep data clean and consistent
• Administer Procurement & Expense Systems — Manage procurement, payables, and expense reimbursement platforms, including configuration, approval workflows, user support, and vendor relationships
• Train, Support & Partner — Act as the go-to resource for system support, lead stand-up meetings on updates and enhancements, create training materials, and collaborate with the Net Suite Solutions Architect and Enterprise Systems team on larger-scale projects

• Strong hands‑on experience administering Net Suite ERP, including customization, reporting, and integration
• Working knowledge of GL, AP, AR, inventory, and month/year‑end close process
• Experience managing system integrations, data syncs, and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with procurement and expense management platforms
• Excellent communication and training skills with a knack for translating technical concepts for end users
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for process improvement
