• Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Support asset inventory updates by logging new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in asset management systems.
• Perform basic audits of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate the deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for employees and projects.
• Assist with software license tracking and compliance reporting.
• Respond to asset-related service requests and escalated issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation of asset records, ownership changes, and warranty details.
• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and processing asset-related orders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets.
• Generate reports on IT asset inventory and assist in data analysis.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field plus 0–2 years of experience.
• High School Diploma plus 6–8 years of experience.
