- Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Support asset inventory updates by logging new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in asset management systems.
- Perform basic audits of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for employees and projects.
- Assist with software license tracking and compliance reporting.
- Respond to asset-related service requests and escalated issues as needed.
- Maintain documentation of asset records, ownership changes, and warranty details.
- Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and processing asset-related orders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets.
- Generate reports on IT asset inventory and assist in data analysis.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field plus 0–2 years of experience.
- High School Diploma plus 6–8 years of experience.
