System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize servers, networks, cloud environments, and security across multiple locations.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security while supporting internal teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Leverage best‑in‑class tools and technologies to support and optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with external vendors to monitor system health, security, and backups, ensuring continuity and protection of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and end‑user issues, providing clear and effective support across the organization.
• Implement and manage system, network, and security configurations while proactively recommending upgrades, patches, and improvements.
• Support IT operations and strategic initiatives, including budgeting, hardware procurement, asset management, and enterprise system administration.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and supporting IT infrastructure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong technical expertise in managing Windows environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Entra , Intune, Meraki, and Palo Alto platforms to support and secure enterprise infrastructure.
