We are seeking an IT Project Intake Analyst to support the intake and assessment of technology project requests across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and governance teams to ensure project submissions are complete, feasible, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate incoming IT project requests for clarity, technical feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals
Coordinate intake discussions with cross-functional teams including architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development
Track project intake status and maintain documentation in intake systems (e.g., SharePoint, Service Now, Excel)
Support compliance with IT governance policies and project review processes

Qualifications:

3+ years in IT project coordination, business analysis, or PMO support
Strong understanding of IT systems and project lifecycle concepts
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira, SharePoint, or similar)
